Logteract LLC Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our customer relationship management (CRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform (the "Service"). Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logteract, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
